Strong geometric volumes in concrete and steel establish a crisp, minimalist framework, while floor-to-ceiling glass opens every major space toward the pool, filling the interior with natural light and reinforcing the home’s seamless connection to the outdoors.

Warm wood cladding contrasts with the cool, modern materials, introducing texture and natural warmth that evoke a relaxed coastal character. The spatial layout is intentionally linear and open, guiding movement along the pool’s edge and ensuring that views of water, sky, and landscape are always present.
