BENGHAZI MOTEL
Architecture
A modern 25-unit motel designed around a radial masterplan that blends architecture with nature.
Private gardens, separated units, and soft, organic pathways create a resort-like atmosphere.
Description
This contemporary motel redefines hospitality in an area where such facilities are rare, offering 25 thoughtfully designed rental units in three distinct sizes. The masterplan is arranged on a radial layout, generating organic, nature-inspired corridors and fluid landscape zones that gently guide guests through the site. Each unit is individually separated to ensure maximum privacy and features its own private back garden, creating an experience that feels more like a boutique resort than a traditional motel.
Architecturally, the units embrace clean, minimal massing and straight lines, while the surrounding curved pathways, greenery, and water elements soften the overall environment and introduce a sense of calm. Complementing the accommodation, the complex includes a dedicated reception building with separate pedestrian and private-parking entrances, along with a restaurant and a multipurpose facility—together forming a cohesive and elevated hospitality destination.
